Return Guidelines
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for new, unused products within 60 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund (minus shipping fees), please ensure the following conditions are met:
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be in original, unwashed, and excellent condition.
- You must provide your valid Order Number to initiate the process.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Domestic Returns (Continental U.S.): A $6.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- In-Store Returns: You may return your online purchase at any of our retail locations to avoid the return shipping fee. Please bring your order confirmation or store receipt as proof of purchase.
- International & U.S. Territories: Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for international orders.
Non-Returnable Items
Please be advised that the following items are ineligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Event Tickets (non-refundable).
