Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Salt Lake City, UT.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free economy shipping on all continental U.S. orders of $99 or more (before tax). Please note this excludes international addresses and U.S. territories.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Shipping transit times depend on the method selected at checkout, typically ranging from 1–6 business days within the continental U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unwashed items with tags intact within 60 days of purchase. A $6 return shipping fee applies to domestic returns, which will be deducted from your total refund.
Can I return online purchases in-store?
Yes, you may return online orders at any of our retail locations to avoid the return shipping fee. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt.
Warranty & Repairs
Does your gear have a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our products with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers the functional lifetime of the product, based on reasonable use.
How do I get my gear repaired?
We encourage gear stewardship! For basic fixes, please contact our support team. For complex repairs, we partner with specialized repair services like Rugged Thread.
